Warwickshire LDC Event - Incorporating a Dental Practice (Mon. 25 Nov, 2013 19:30 - 21:30)
The Warwickshire Local Dental Committee has arranged a FREE, Open Contractor evening at the Holiday Inn South, London Road, Ryton on Dunsmore on 25 November 2013 at 7.30pm.
Graham Rew, specialist dental accountant of Hazlewoods LLP will look at the tax benefits available from Incorporating a Dental Practice together with some of the practical points that need to be considered during the process.
Alexander Hall, specialist dental solicitor of Meade King LLP, will consider the opportunities to incorporate now with the NHS England policy making it possible, along with some downsides and risks that have been introduced by the new policy. Alex will also discuss the other legal issues, considerations and implications of incorporating, as well as discussing some of the other new policies, on clawback, rebasing, breach notices, variations of contracts, adding and removing partners, relocation and 24 hour retirement.
The meeting is open to contract holders, performers and practice managers and provides an opportunity to understand the legal issues in the New NHS Structure.
